I’m pleased with the overall experience, but I gotta say, I was a bit let down by how small the name lettering is. I thought it would be a tad bigger.

This is a fantastic item that's crafted really well. Booking online was a breeze, and it arrived in just a couple of days. I've already placed another order for a family member using the same service. Looking forward to getting another wallet soon!

I placed an order for a wallet costing 40 GBP on December 13, 2022, expecting it to arrive within 5 to 15 days (from the UK to Croatia). Fast forward to January 31, 2023, and I’m still wallet-less. At the start of January, I shot off a bunch of emails to SWJ to check on my order, and eventually got a response from a guy named David Bruce. He pointed fingers at the Royal Mail strike in December for the hold-up. He said he’d follow up with Royal Mail and let me know. After a week of waiting with no word, I sent more emails asking for a refund, but they just ignored me. Since there was no strike in January, it’s pretty clear that I’m not getting that wallet.

It took a whopping 3 months for my package to show up, and I couldn't reach slim wallet junkie no matter how hard I tried—be it email, text, call, or even Instagram.

I picked up a Secrid wallet in mid-October as a head start on Christmas shopping. It got a fantastic reaction on the big day. I've been a Slim Wallet Junkie for Secrid items in the past and have consistently been blown away by the variety they offer, how easy it is to buy, the quick shipping, the nice packaging, and the follow-up care and communication. Definitely a thumbs up!

Awesome support from the team! I placed my order on December 11th, and like a bunch of other folks, I didn’t get the wallet because of the strike delays. I reached out to the company, and they initially asked me to hang tight for another 48 hours to see if it would arrive. When it became obvious that it wasn’t coming, they sent out another wallet with ‘next day guaranteed delivery,’ and now I’ve got the item. Crisis for my Christmas gift averted, much appreciated!

I still haven't gotten the wallet (as of today, 14 Dec), and it's been two weeks since it was supposed to ship on 30 Nov. (I placed the order on 24 Nov).

David from customer service just told me the hold-up was due to the Royal Mail strike and assured me I’d get the wallet by 9 Dec (which was the strike day). I reached out again on 10 and 13 Dec, but I haven’t heard back from your team.

I checked the Royal Mail tracking number, and it says, "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item." From that, I’m guessing the wallet hasn’t even been sent out yet.

I got myself a Secrid metal card holder. I needed a new one since my old wallet was all chipped up. The price was decent, but I gotta say, the communication could use some work; they didn’t respond to my emails. I paid for delivery that was supposed to take 1-3 working days, but after a week, I got an email saying it had finally shipped. Maybe the seller was under the weather? It showed up on the 11th day. The item itself is all good and came in its original packaging.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service here. I dropped £65 on this order, but Royal Mail didn’t deliver my stuff. I think they might've misplaced it, and now I’m still waiting on that refund they promised. Had to reach out to my bank to sort out a chargeback.

I sent back a product, and it was pretty straightforward. Gave it two stars since I put in the effort to write a genuine and fair review, but they didn’t even bother to share it.

I got this as a gift and it was a hit! The color is bright and it's nice and small. Arrived right on schedule. Super happy with my buy. Cheers!

This has been just the worst! I attempted to reach out to them via phone a whopping 10 times and shot them an email, but still no response. I sent back a package, and it’s been 3 weeks with no sign of my refund. I even forked out extra for speedy delivery, but my order showed up a week and 4 days late.

This is my second time getting something from Slim Wallet Junkie. They offer a fantastic selection of wallets at reasonable prices.

For Dad's 78th birthday, he was really into this wallet. He enjoys his gadgets. The new card holder is just the right size.

This wallet is nice and compact, and I'm really pleased with it. It's my second purchase; the first one held up for five years!
